We provide Childcare for children aged 3 month to 5 years. We have 3 different age groups however these groups will have the opportunity to mix throughout the session.

Our little Adventurers are our youngest group for children from 3 months to 2 years.
Even our youngest group of children still get to experience the woodland environment. The great outdoors provides many stimulating opportunities for babies though hearing birdsong, feeling the wind or the rain. Touching grass and crunching leaves banging sticks together to create different noises … the learning opportunities are endless.
Our 2–3-year-olds will develop a vast range of skills as they play and learn in our Explorer group. Our Explorers develop the social skills needed to form lasting friendships, and to work and play alongside others, communication skills to express themselves and make their voice heard. Physical skills flourish naturally as children navigate the uneven terrain of the woodland floor, climbing, jumping, and balancing using nature as their playground. Our Explorers develop early mathematical concepts easily through exploration and play with natural objects. Sticks become magical wands, some big, some small, or boats to float and sink in a muddy puddle. Leaves become an ingredient for mud pie; how many do we need? One, two, or three?

Our Pioneers are our oldest group learning all of the skills that they need to succeed at school.
Our Pioneers will be leading the way at All Children Great & Small, They will already be showing many of the skills that are considered to be required for “School Readiness” They will be showing increased empathy, social skills and leadership qualities from mixing with their younger peers. They will be building skills in dressing and undressing from getting themselves in and out of their outdoor gear. They will have good listening skills and the ability to risk assess situations as they are encouraged to risk assess woodland activities such as climbing trees, tool work and fires. But most of all they will be eager to learning knowing that each day is a new adventure.
